Application Form Minimum Requirements for Applying to Pioneer:
  • Read, speak and write in English at an academically fluent level.
  • Be in grades 10 or 11 at time of application.
  • Be able to commit 4-8 hours (school year term) or 8-12 hours (summer term) per week.
  • Have a passion for a particular field and the curiosity and drive to learn more.

Please complete the below application form to apply. The application requires general information, short essays about areas of research interest, a longer essay in response to a prompt, and academic information. You may save and edit your application while you work on it. You need to attend an info session, then complete the required application steps to be reviewed for an interview.


Upon submission, we may request additional information if necessary.
