Developing an original Pioneer research topic: A Scholar's Story

If you want to do actual scientific research, and stick to that passion that you have, sometimes you need to get rid of your preconceived notions. Being in a group at Pioneer really helped me do that, and I was able to incorporate new ideas into my research based on our group discussions. Having a conversation with my peers allowed me to gain a better understanding of my research topic.
