My biggest accomplishment at Pioneer was my first time collecting data. I had never done such systematic sociological research before, and for this research I actually collected data from a local newspaper published several decades ago trying to find quantitative and qualitative data to support my claim. I was pretty excited after I found that my data showed some things that I had expected, even if some things did not go the way I wanted. So, I feel that I have formed my sociological study methods, and I will definitely apply those methods in my future studies.
