POSS Team – Cherez (Turkey)

As Team Cherez from Turkey, we had the opportunity to research about the Republic of South Korea thanks to Pioneer under the name of POSS. Our paper focuses on the actions initiated by South Korea during the pandemic, simplified in five topics: infections and fatality rates, mitigation efforts, usage of technology, treatment, and vaccine development, and economy. Our paper includes the distinctive approaches that South Korea has taken differently compared to the other countries with their consequences and effects, on each topic. With an exceptional application of technology for each field, South Korea was able to distinguish itself from other countries.
