Synopsis: Why does the yield of rice affect the development of costumes? Why does the theory of Yin and Yang make the emperor love wearing red clothes? Why it is ominous for people who lived in North Song Dynasty to make collars? The objective of our research is to find the factors influencing the costumes of the North and South Song dynasty. The answers to the above questions can all be found in our research.
