By submitting your information to our website, you agree to allow Pioneer Academics to collect your personal data. We and our affiliates will use that information to process your registration for the information session, your application to any program or activity and contact you regarding your information session registration and other activities that we might organize and which might be interesting for you.
During the registration process, we may share part of this data with your parents, guardians, tutors, counselors and teachers at your school in order to understand your academic profile and/or evaluate your application. You understand and agree that this is necessary in order to process your application. We will never sell or transfer this information to third parties not related with Pioneer Academics without your previous consent.
When you take part in an information session, the program and/or other activities conducted through our online platform your image and voice can be recorded. We will use those recordings for training and quality control purposes. Your image and voice will not be used for commercial or marketing purposes unless you previously give your explicit consent.
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the use of your personal data at any time by writing to info@pioneeracademics.com. You understand that canceling the use of your data may jeopardize your application.
