  • Response Timeline: We will respond to GDPR/UK GDPR requests within one month, extendable by two months if necessary. For CCPA/CPRA, responses are within 45 days, extendable to 90 days. Other jurisdictions may have specific timelines, typically within 30–60 days.
  • Limitations on Rights: Some rights may not be absolute and can be limited or refused where required by law, for contractual necessity, for legitimate business interests, or in exceptional circumstances such as ongoing disputes or fraud prevention.

12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

  • Pioneer Academics is committed to protecting the privacy of children under the age of 18. Our services are primarily intended for high school students, and we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personal Data of individuals under the age of 13 without the prior consent of a parent or guardian, as required by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

  • By agreeing to arbitration, you waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class arbitration, and you agree to submit your individual claims to arbitration.
