POSS Team: Big Dreamers

Synopsis: Our team’s topic-SARS was chosen primarily to show the precedents of an outbreak similar to COVID-19. We researched SARS’ origin, its vector, the government response, and how countries were affected by the epidemic both economically and socially in order to draw parallels and better understand the current circumstances. During the project, our team members developed close learning skills, cooperation, and most importantly, a passion for research. Although the POSS Summer Research Project had concluded, our team’s passion for knowledge remains unabated.
